# Transaction notes

This is a helpful feature that allows accountants to better understand your transactions from the Merchant dashboard and remember them later in a different context. ## How it works


Enter your amount.			Note 1.jpg
Whenever you do a transaction, you’ll get prompted right after Request payment to write a note before the transaction happens.			Note 2.jpg
You can check it out by going to the Main menu and tap Sales.			Note 4.jpg
Tap a specific transaction to see the note attached.			Note 5.jpg
